Which mount does my excavator have?

MS01, MS03, MS08, MS10, MS21, CW05, CW10, CW20, CW30 or CW40? Identify Lehnhoff MS with two measurements and Verachtert CW with three.

Important before ordering The actually installed quick coupler is what matters. For MS, measure pin diameter and inner width. For CW, also measure center-to-center distance.

Step 2

How to measure correctly

For Lehnhoff MS you need two measurements: A = pin diameter and B = inner width. For Verachtert CW, C = center-to-center distance is also required.

Measurements for MS mounts

A
Pin diameter

Measure the diameter of the pin or shaft in millimeters.

B
Inner width

Measure the clear internal distance between the two side plates, inner face to inner face.

Measurements for CW mounts

A
Pin diameter

Measure the diameter of the pin or journal in millimeters.

B
Inner width / internal distance

Measure the clear distance between the inner mounting surfaces, inner face to inner face.

C
Center distance (center-to-center)

Measure from the center of the front mount to the center of the rear mount.

Important: the standard CW20/CW30/CW40 interface uses a 60 mm pin, 560 mm inner width and 475 mm center distance. The narrow S version also uses a 60 mm pin and 475 mm center distance, but only about 430 mm inner width. Standard CW20, CW30 and CW40 cannot be distinguished by interface dimensions alone.

Check mount

Lehnhoff MS is checked using A and B. For Verachtert CW, A, B and C are compared.
