FAQ
Which excavators is this screening bucket suitable for?
This screening bucket is designed for excavators in the up to 2 t weight class and is suitable for foundations, excavations and wider utility work – a good balance of width and penetration. Compare your machine's operating weight with the technical data to avoid overload and premature wear.
Which mounting system does the attachment have?
The attachment has a CW05 mount and is compatible with the Verachtert quick coupler system (CW). This is not an original Verachtert product. Please compare the CW number (e.g. CW05) with the marking on your quick coupler or the machine manual.
What class is this screening bucket?
This screening bucket is assigned to class KL1 and designed for the corresponding load class. The class determines the maximum machine size. Always follow the weight-class table in the technical data.
What is the working width of the attachment?
The working width is 500mm and is suitable for foundations, excavations and wider utility work – a good balance of width and penetration. Choose the width to match the planned trench or excavation. An excessively wide bucket increases backfilling effort, while a bucket that is too narrow increases the number of digging cycles.
How many teeth does this screening bucket have, and can they be replaced?
This screening bucket is equipped with 4 teeth. The teeth are bolted and can be replaced individually without replacing the entire bucket. Replacement teeth are available directly from us.
What material is this screening bucket made from?
The main body is made from S355J2+N structural steel and the cutting edge from HB500 wear steel. 8 mm S355J2+N side cutters protect welds and side plates. Buckets are supplied primed and painted and include a 1-year warranty on weld seams.
Is this screening bucket available in other widths or mounting systems?
Yes. Variants mainly differ in working width and application. Use the filters to find versions compatible with your mount and excavator class. Need a special size or a different mount? Contact us – we also manufacture custom sizes.
What is included in the delivery?
The delivery includes 1× screening bucket 500mm CW05 KL1 - Excavator 1-2t. Quick couplers, hydraulic accessories and machines are not included. Shipping within Germany is generally dispatched within 24–48 hours after receipt of payment.

Excavator screening buckets – efficient sorting & material processing
Our screening buckets for excavators are the ideal solution when materials such as earth, sand, gravel, construction debris, or recycling material need to be efficiently separated and processed. They are used wherever clean pre-sorting saves time, costs, and machine movements – for example, in civil engineering, landscaping, demolition, or recycling.
Thanks to different working widths, mesh sizes, and machine classes, each screening bucket can be precisely adapted to the respective application. The mesh size determines the grain size of the screened material and is a crucial factor for efficient work on the construction site.
Our screening buckets are compatible with common Lehnhoff MS quick couplers, Verachtert CW quick couplers, pin-on attachments, or a custom special attachment available upon request and are suitable for various excavator weight classes. The robust construction ensures a long service life – even with abrasive materials and daily use.
